Submissions will be accepted as follows:

         FEATURE LENGTH FILMS

           • Submit the film on DVD NTSC format (No PAL)

           • DVD must auto play...no menu in the front

           • Non-English speaking films must have subtitles

           • DVDs will not be returned

           • Film must run over 60 minutes

         FEATURE LENGTH SCREENPLAYS
           • Submit screenplay in PDF Format

           • Please register your screenplay for your own protection

           • Screenplay must be in English

           • Screenplay will not be returned

           • Screenplay must be a minimum of 60 pages

         DOCUMENTARY FILMS

           • Submit the film on DVD NTSC format (No PAL)

           • DVD must auto play...no menu in the front

           • Non-English speaking films must have subtitles

           • DVDs will not be returned

           • Film must run over 45 minutes

         LIVE ACTION AND ANIMATED SHORT FILMS

           • Submit the film on DVD NTSC format

           • DVD must auto play...no menu in the front

           • Non-English speaking films must have subtitles

           • DVDs will not be returned

           • Film must run under 45 minutes

ALL WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY AUGUST 1st, 2013
